What would you do in this situation?
You've picked out your baby name.
There are at least 6 women in your ward who are pregnant at the same time as you.
2 1/2 months before you are due, one of the other ladies has her baby boy.
She names her baby with the same first name as you have picked for your baby.
What are the chances?
Do you change your baby name just because of that?
Or do you keep it?

Going To The Dentist...Finally!
I'm a little embarrassed to admit this, but today was Nolan's first dentist appointment. I know!!! Pretty bad...almost 7-years-old and we finally took him. :P It's one of those things that keeps getting put off. Adam went in last week and I went in today as well. I know that it's so important to keep good care of your teeth, so that's partly why I or Adam insist on still brushing Nolan's teeth every night after/before he does. Can't afford cavities. Well, I was just praying we hadn't blown it and Nolan would have at least not too many. Guess what??? He has zero! Whew! I was also a little nervous that he would freak out in the dentist chair, not knowing what to expect and having a low tolerance for pain. I was happy to hear that he did great. The lady even said that he did better during the x-rays than any other 6-year-old she's seen. Whew again! Don't worry, I plan on doing better next time. Not waiting another 7 years. Yikes, he'd be almost 14! I don't know if we could afford coming every 6 months like they want, but we'll try once a year. Oh and no cavities for me either! At least not that were noticeable. I'll have to go back after I'm not pregnant for x-rays to make sure.

Magic Show
Funny Moment: I'm still laughing about it...maybe it is one of those had to be there in order to see how funny it was, but here's how it went:
Last night, we were all in the kitchen getting ready for dinner. Nolan says, "Wow, that light just burned out." Several seconds later, "Wow, now it turned back on." We all stopped and looked in awe as the light went on and off a few more times. Finally, Adam starts laughing and gets my attention and points behind us. There's Annika standing on the footstool, right next to the light switches with a smile on her face. Finally, Nolan turns around and sees her too. She sure had us fooled! Normally, it's my pet peeve when the kids are playing with the light switches: off, on, off, on, off, on. But, this time, I never would have guessed it was someone playing with the light switches since there was several seconds in between. It really seemed like a magic show.

Popsicle Time!
She is doing so well with potty training!
We have a popsicle at the end of the day when she's had no accidents all day!
