Baby News

Today I had my 4 month baby check-up.  I was more than relieved to hear a heartbeat today.  Probably more so than my 12 week visit.  I think I've been a little nervous with this virus spreading around that maybe it hurt the baby.  I was especially nervous since the 4th of July when I had some very painful cramping on my right side for a couple of hours.  I couldn't even walk.  Finally, after laying down flat for a half hour or so, it went away.  The doctor said I should start feeling little baby flutters any time now.  I get to find out baby gender on August 6th.  We are pretty excited around here.  It's hard to believe this is really happening still.  But, it must be because my pants are starting to get a little snug.  ;) Soon, it'll be time to do the rubberband trick.
