More 3 Month Pics

Forgive me, I can't get enough of his cute face! Can't decide at the moment which one's my favorite, some are blurry, they're all similar, but can't delete a single one.

3 Months Old

Didn't I just get done saying he was 2 months old??? Ahhh! Time has just flown by.  He's as sweet as he looks! I hardly hear him fuss.  He's really discovered his hands this past week or so.  He'll swat at all his little jungle gym animals.  Starting to reach for things and will soon be shaking his rattles.  :) I just love this little boy!

Loving Her

I love having this little girl around! Her imagination has really take off since she's turned 3. I can't believe how much easier she's been this last month. She has been as sweet as can be. I was planning on starting her with some preschool type stuff at home when she turned 3, but I decided to back off for a bit. She loves to play now with all her toys, dolls, and to be outside. I know this stage doesn't last forever and I want her to enjoy this magical time. I sure enjoy watching and listening and occasionally she lets me play too. :) They'll be plenty of time to learn her ABCs later.

Back To The Dentist

When we went to the dentist 6 months ago, Nolan had no cavities.  He had one molar in the back that they told us to keep an eye on.  It was starting to discolor.  So, we kept up our normal routine.  Brushing everyday, flossing, even starting mouthwash.  Well, around Christmas time, Nolan's tooth was starting to bother him whenever he ate something sweet.  I looked in his mouth and the tooth literally looked like it was half gone.  It was grayish and not normal looking.  I thought, how can that be? We just took him to the dentist! Well, finally we took him in today.  He now has two cavities, plus this same tooth that was only starting to discolor that is now a big problem.  Basically, a big cavity.  They're 95% sure they fixed it.  :P If not, he'll need a root canal.  Back when he was a baby and had whooping cough, his high temperature weakened his teeth.  He might be 30 years old and wearing dentures.  Sheesh! So, now he needs to use a special toothpaste that costs something ridiculous like $20 and start brushing and flossing after every meal.  They recommended no sweets, but, yeah...Not that he gets many sweets anyways.  He'll get his other two cavities filled on Thursday.  I also go in for the x-rays I didn't have while I was pregnant.  Hopefully no cavities for me.  Now sounds like a good time for dental insurance.  *Sigh*

Bows, Bows, And More Bows!!!

FINALLY!!! All done! All 362 of them! My fingers are SORE! I love making bows, but I much prefer making the bigger boutique ones. These ones are just the small boring ones. Haha! It kept me busy all month and it was nice to have them leave today. I wonder what my next big project will be...seems like the minute I finish one, another comes my way. I love it!

Never Ending Bloodwork

The metabolic doctor called today.  Now it really is official.  Parker doesn't have VLCAD! Wahoo! The enzyme test results showed him as just a carrier of this gene.  So, that means either Adam or I am a carrier.  Probably me.  So, now they will leave my baby alone.  They ended up having to draw Parker's blood a second time for the same test cuz someone hadn't packaged the first bloodwork right, so by the time it reached the lab, wherever it was shipped off to, it was no good.  Sheesh! You would think they'd be extra careful with babies blood.  So, now since the doctors are still researching VLCAD they want bloodwork from Adam and I to help solve more mysteries or whatever.  Ugh!
